At Universal Preservation Hall, we aim to create access for all audience members whenever possible. For additional concerns or questions, please call our Box Office at 518.346.6204.

Q: Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

A:  We have wheelchair-accessible seating and restrooms on the main level and on the balcony. Patrons who would like accessible seating should notify the Box Office when purchasing tickets.

Q: Where can I be dropped off?
A:  Anyone who needs special accommodations can be discharged on Washington Street on the right side (as you are facing the building). The entrance (at the atrium) is about 60 feet from the street on that side of the building; the sidewalk is paved.  

Q:  I am blind/partially blind. Are there accommodations?
A: Patrons who are partially or completely blind should contact the Box Office for appropriate seating.

Q:  Are there any devices to help the deaf or hard of hearing?
A: We offer a hearing loop.  

Q: Are any of your performances signed?
A: Call the Box Office at 518.346.6204 to inquire about a specific title.

Q: Does the venue have an elevator?
A:  Yes, there is an elevator from the ground floor to the main floor.
